Carnage Crew is a cyberpunk-inspired 3D NFT racing game. To create the design for this game, I assembled an additional team consisting of a 3D designer, a concept artist, and an art director. Together, we combined competitor analysis, style research, and player feedback to craft visuals that engage the audience and enhance immersion.

We designed this game from scratch, beginning with the core idea: every element of the racing car would be customizable.
After thoroughly discussing each detail, we moved on to creating the concept art. Each concept began as a hand-drawn sketch, emphasizing line and form, then translated into vector art to streamline the transition to 3D models.

We started development by creating a car body with variations of skins. Each design tells a story, whether it's the sleek and tactical Stealth Core, the bold and patriotic Patriot, or the battle-worn Rustborn, every skin was crafted with a focus on detail, immersion, and player identity.

The next step was designing all the customizable parts for each vehicle. We created a variety of cockpits, ensuring every player could find a style that matched their vision, from rugged and industrial to sleek and futuristic.

We meticulously designed each weapon down to the smallest detail, ensuring both visual appeal and gameplay balance. Every variant not only offers a distinct aesthetic but also serves a unique function in combat, providing players with strategic choices.

We also designed a variety of customizable front-end elements, giving players full creative control over their vehicles. Each design balances aesthetics and functionality, enhancing the identity of every car in Carnage Crew.
Every next element was also created with customization in mind, allowing players to build a vehicle that truly feels their own. From headlights to antennas, each component can be tailored to match individual preferences and playstyles.

The complete vehicle designs bring together each component into fully realized racing machines. Inspired by high-speed aerodynamics and industrial aesthetics, these models are rich in cyberpunk details, from metallic textures to dynamic lighting effects. By testing different arrangements and using 3D rendering, we ensured that each vehicle not only looked stunning but also maintained coherence with gameplay physics.

The last step was to develop 11 unique locations, range from cityscapes to hidden labs and underground mines, each with unique visual characteristics. We paid close attention to atmosphere and depth, creating each location with a distinct palette and texture set. Each scene was carefully designed to balance intense racing with an immersive environment, enhancing the overall experience and keeping players engaged.

Designing Carnage Crew was both an exciting challenge and a rewarding experience. This project also gave me the opportunity to assemble a dream team, with whom I continue to create new games.
